Q. What sort of service do you provide?

I provide personalized, individually written poems using the information that the client provides. Poems are written in close consultation with the client.

Q. How do I provide all the information and details?

All you need to do is send me an email. That way we will be in direct correspondence with each other so if I require additional details, verification of names, dates etc. I can contact you further. I can also help you out with ideas and suggestions if need be.

Q. How many times would I expect to be in contact with you?

It is not uncommon for 4 to 6 exchange e-mails with customers. I will work with you until you are totally satisfied.

Q. How long does it usually take from the time I contact you in order to receive the poem?

It usually takes approximately 4-5 working days for me to create your poem. However, during seasonal periods like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, it could take longer due to the high demand. I will inform you immediately if this is the case.  

Q. Can I get delivery sooner?

Yes, I realize that sometimes people need material delivered quickly. Therefore I have an EXPRESS delivery option which costs an additional $10. Delivery times for this service is within 24-36 hours. 

Q. How long are the poems?

We have three choices in poems for your convenience:

20 - 24 lines (5 - 6 verses) $19.97 US
32 - 36 lines (8 - 9 verses) $29.97 US

Q. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay by Credit Card
